Broken links
Links can be broken, or just vanish from your content, you need to check-up all attached links.
Wrong displayed images
Images can be jumping up-to-the-right or left. They can be dislocated on your new theme. So have to add those for all posts, they may also have to be specific sizes.

It can be that the headlines are quite different, you need to check them all.
Widgets
You have to re-add all the widgets again.
Thumbnails on magazine themes
They won’t be the correct size for the new theme. You can use a regenerate thumbnail plugin for that.
No Icon
Your site icon often needs to be resized and installed again.
