Get My Website To Show Up In Google on page 1 — 4 Comments

  1. Love your tips here Lois, but I do have a question. Tip 8 talks about Fetching your post in Google. Putting aside the thought that I’m going to sound like an idiot, To what extent do we fetch as Google? Does it help our ranking, does it give us feedback on the post/page or what?

    Thanks
    ~D

    • Hello Debra, when you let google fetch a post, you order Google to look at your post, and in fact you are asking Google to remember your search/keywords in its search engine. You can add an automatically fetch too, once a day, once a week or month. But it doesn’t look good, when you didn’t write anything in a period. So you can choose when you want Google to fetch your post. You create this way a kind of consistency. Hope this answers your question. Loes

  2. Hi Loes – I really fell in love with your site! You provide excellent and very usable up to date information. I have looked around but fail to find a place where I can sign up via email for site updates. Do you have such a thing here and if so could you point me to it?

    Thanks!!!
