How to make money online, a letter to my readers

Thank you for taking the time to read my letter to you.

There are so many people looking for an opportunity to make money online. I was too. And there were just as many websites claiming to make me a millionaire overnight. So I thought, if that is the truth there should be a lot of millionaires running around this earth nowadays. If it is so easy then why are there still people who are losing money? I don’t know anymore, how many times I have typed into the Google search bar:

“How to make money online. And Job online. And earn money online”. And how many times I was disappointed with the results.

I don’t claim I have THE answer, but I do say I have found an opportunity how to make money online.
Because I was a total newbie, I figured I needed a thorough education to learn all ins and outs. So I searched for online courses. I am Dutch, so I came across the LOI and the NHA. Those are educational institutes in the Netherlands. And they know how to get rich alright! Those prices do not lie!

Skeptical and wary I started searching abroad on the internet for an online education. Or an opportunity to get some more knowledge to find some money online.
I’ve lost a few bucks trying stuff out, not much, luckily. Most of the time Google warned me, just in time, some sites where scammy. And once I opened a trial account to try out binary options. Luckily it was a fake account because I lost $800,– in about 3 hours. So that’s definitely not something I should step into.

I July 2014 I stumbled by accident across an article about a rather scammy website and filled in the form for a free trial at the Wealthy Affiliate University. If I will not gain anything, it will not harm either I thought. And I stayed, I am now working my tail off setting up my first real online business with profit.

Ever since I stepped into the world of Wealthy Affiliate, I am daily surprised by the helpfulness and amount of knowledge this business community contains and is sharing.
