Back in 2015 in Cork in 2015, Sean Prior saw a new marketing chance. Terms and conditions

Every online program you use has its own terms and conditions. It’s always wise to read them! I have talked with the marketing manager of Design Wizard (Micheal Bren) about this and asked him what exactly is the difference between eg. Canva and Design Wizard. He explained to me very clearly the differences between Canva and Design Wizard.

Micheal Bren:

Design Wizard is actually cheaper than Canva, he said. When you purchase a design from Canva.com and pay $1/$2 you are only licensing that design for one use. Meaning if you license a Canva design and share it on Facebook, then share it on Linkedin, you are outside of their licensing terms. If you want to share a design made with Canva more than once you need to buy a multiple use license, which is usually $10-$20.

With Design Wizard, when you buy the design, the multi-use license is already included, so you can share the design as often as you want.

The other thing is that we offer a monthly subscription for just $9.99 per month that gives you 60 credits, each credit is equal to a dollar amount. IE if the template costs $2 and you are on a subscription it will cost you 2 credits. This basically means that you get $60 worth of media each month for $9.99. Much more cost effective than Canva.

It’s nice to know, that the multiple licenses are included, because the last thing we want, as online business owners, is getting a major fine.
